Now it’s time to train your pet to use the ramp.  Some pets catch on fast and trot up and down their new ramp immediately.  However, some animals need a little coaxing.  You may want start by lying the ramp flat on the ground so your pet can become familiar with it on level ground.  Next place it where they will be using the ramp.  Now it’s time to lure them up with some treats (my doggie loves Greenies) and when they reach the top shower them with praise.  Now repeat the process in reverse and voila, your doggie is walking up and down their new ramp.
